Marketing and Brand Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Brand Coordinator to join our fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting compelling brand narratives, skilled in content creation, adept at organizing events, and supportive of our sales team in nurturing the pipeline funnel. The role is crucial in driving our brand’s visibility and positioning us as leaders in the market. There will be some required travel. The Marketing and Brand Coordinator will report directly to the COO and work closely with the CEO and Account Executives. Key Responsibilities Include

  • Brand Development:
    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand recognition
      and value.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand
      consistency in all communication channels.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to position our
      brand effectively.
  • Content Creation:
    • Produce engaging content that resonates with our target
      audience, including blog posts, social media updates,
      newsletters, and other marketing materials.
    • Coordinate with design resources to develop creative visuals that
      align with our content strategy.
    • Measure and report on the impact of content marketing
      activities.
  • Storytelling:
    • Craft compelling stories that highlight our brand’s mission,
      vision, and unique value propositions.
    • Utilize storytelling to enhance the emotional connection with our
      audience and strengthen brand loyalty.
    • Employ various storytelling mediums and formats to reach a
      broad audience.
  • Event Planning & Coordination:
    • Plan and execute corporate events, from concept to completion,
      to promote our brand and products.
    • Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, attendee
      management, and attendee registration.
    • Work closely with sales and operation teams to ensure events
      are targeted and aligned with strategic objectives.
    • Support with coordinating and managing the travel logistics and
      scheduling of our sales and customer success teams to ensure
      seamless face-to-face engagements with customers, prospects,
      and for on-site sales and implementation initiatives.
  • Sales Pipeline Support:
    • Assist the sales team with marketing materials and campaigns
      that contribute to pipeline development.
    • Monitor and analyze sales pipeline trends to adjust marketing
      strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a
    related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand development, or event
    planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for
    storytelling and creating persuasive narratives
  • Experience with content creation and management, as well as
    proficiency in content marketing metrics
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and product teams and
    understand the sales process
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to
    detail
  • Proficient in using marketing and sales software, CRM tools, and
    analytics platforms including but not limited to Canva, InDesign, and
    Hubspot
